This show is HILARIOUS and soooo entertaining! …and what’s most interesting about it, is that…..

 IT’S LIKE WATCHING A REWIND OF MY LIFE!!!!

(Minus the mansions, jewelry, and million dollar galas of course…lol)

These women remind me of my life in HIGH SCHOOL. Allow me to elaborate…….in high school, i had a clique. In the clique was myself and (FIVE) other girls. This clique of 6 girls, came with SOOOO much DRAMA! We had drama about the dumbest things!!!…but mainly guys, gossip and jealousy….and of course, we had drama with other girls for the SAME REASON….and I see sooo much of that on this show! These (30++++++) women act just like teenagers!!!!!

On last night’s episode, Deshawn Snow, wife of Eric Snow of the Cleveland Cavaliers, hosted a charity gala for her foundation. She attempted to raise $1 million from auction…..but unfortunately the auction failed MISERABLY!…I felt bad for Deshawn because I like her. She seems like a sweet woman. What I DON’T LIKE was how her supposed “friends” were talking about what a terrible idea the gala was BEHIND HER BACK. I don’t get that. If that’s your friend…and u know it’s a bad idea, then…….WHY WOULDN’T U TELL HER???!!!….It just seems to me that these women are too invested in themselves and their images to try and help their friend out.

Even though my friends had issues in high school, I respect and love each and every one of them.

AND I MISS THEM TOO!

***sigh***

IDK why this is sooooo funny to me, but I think it’s hilarious! LOL

According to the Associated Press Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother were found shot and killed inside her mother’s Chicago home, Friday. Police have a suspect, William Balfour, in custody. Balfour is the ex-boyfriend of Hudson’s sister Julia. What’s most tragic about this entire situation is that Jennifer Hudson’s newphew, Julian King is missing and the suspect, Balfour is refusing to tell police where he is.

I just don’t know what I would do if I were Jennifer Hudson right now. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain she must be going through right now, not only to lose her mother but her brother as well. My first thought when I heard the news is the fact that her mom won’t be able to see her get married. I think as a woman that’s a very sacred moment between mother and daughter in particular and it hurts me to think that Jennifer Hudson won’t get a chance to have that. What really breaks my heart about this is the fact that her nephew is still missing. =If you want to hurt people, then hurt people, but I DO NOT understand hurting a child.

So so sad. I’m keeping Jennifer Hudson and her family in my prayers……….

This leads me to my question of the day.

Ladies: HOW OLD WERE YOU THE FIRST TIME YOU WORE MAKEUP?

Now I know Willow is dressed up for Halloween as a “uhhhhh whatever that is”….lol….but my parents were VERY strict on me when came to makeup. Unfortunately for them, this backfired on them completely. I began to wear makeup (experiment w/ my mom’s! LOL) ALL the time starting at around the age of 12. Now mind you I got in “trouble” for it….(i.e. yelled at…my parents didn’t spank me)….but I did it anyway. My parents wanted me to wait till I was SIXTEEN to wear makeup. They also wanted me to wait till i was sixteen to date. :/ smh….i was a sad little girl…..lol

So that’s the question of the day….HOW OLD WERE YOU THE FIRST TIME YOU WORE MAKEUP?

Hampton University and Norfolk State University faced off on Friday October 17th for the sixth annual “Battle of the Bay; Battle of the Bands”. The show began at 7pm and featured sectionals and performances from both bands. The Hampton University “Marching Force” and the Norfolk State University “Spartan Legion” battled it out to prove which band was more talented when it came to music, dance and performance.  A highlight of the night was battle of the dance teams. Hampton University’s “Ebony Fire” did an entertaining and challenging rendition of “Disturbia” by Rihanna while Norfolk State’s “Hot Ice” danced to Kameo’s “Candy”.  Following that performance was the sectional battle between Norfolk State’s tuba line and Hampton University’s “Low-Down” tuba line. While Hampton University only had 7 tubas compared to Norfolk State’s 24, Low-Down still held their own giving the audience an exciting performance. Throughout the Battle of Bands Hampton and Norfolk fans alike we treated to shows of precision, form and tenacity that is sure to be one to remember. Who won the battle? That’s a decision you’ll have to make for yourself….

Is it just me or is there ENTIRELY TOO MUCH GOING ON FOR HOMECOMING?!!!!! I AM soooooo confused about what to go to…epescially now that I’m 21! I feel wayyyy too old for some parties….but I’m not alumni yet, so I feel wayyy too young for some. THe ONLY party I’m sure about this week is the QUE CAB. I can’t even lie, I’m SUPER excited. Maybe becuz it’s at the Norfolk Zoo. Crazy, right?…..or maybe it’s because it’s on Wednesday and there’s no other party going on that night so it’s GUARANTEED to be popping! lol

Some people are drug addicts……some people are alcoholics……my drug of choice is procastination.

Ahhhhhhhhh yesss…….the sweet taste of laying around doing nothing, satisfies me like no other. I love the rush that I get from sitting on my butt all day facebooking my life away…..and nothing sates my hunger for thrill like a rousing round of solitaire. yessss…rather than write a five page paper, i’ll just twiddle my thumbs and do hours of nothing upon nothing. Why???? WHY NOT?!
