Are catsuits becoming acceptable outside of seedy clubs and Halloween parties?
If you’re Nicki Minaj and/or a lady looking to show off your bodacious baaawdy, the answer to that question is a formidable YES.
Ever since the Queens emcee began her trip to the top of the rap game, she’s been known for her tiny waist, copious chest and of course perky posterior.
A skintight catsuit is by far the best way to show off her assets and Minaj has taken full advantage, dressing herself in second skin costumes that only someone with a ridiculously tight tummy could handle.

Nicki’s been spotted in catsuits on her tour, on trips and in videos; most recently “Beez In The Trap” with 2 Chainz.
In the new visual, Minaj wears a leopard catsuit with a banded back that a number of people have been talking about.
Surprisingly before this video came out I saw a very similar one in person at a listening party for rapper Future.
Waitresses at the event were wearing black catsuits (no I didn’t take pictures) that were actually pretty cute in their own way.
They also featured the banded back making the ability to wear undergarments slim to very, very none.
Before you go stuffing yourself into a bodacious boysuit however, here are a few things to consider:
1. Location, Location, Location: Where are you going to wear your second skin? If you show up to a party where other ladies are rocking jeans and heels you may look like the evening entertainment.
2. What Is This? Velvet?: If you’re rocking a suit like Nicki did in “Super Bass” it may be made of a material like suede, spandex or yes, velvet. Something to ponder on if you’re worried about shrinkage because you’ll definitely want to pour yourself in that suit more than once, right?
3. Will You Regret It In The Morning?: Will you regret wearing that catsuit in the morning? And by morning I mean the morning when you check your tagged photos on Facebook, and Instagram, and the forthcoming Insta-Face-A-Gram or whatever. Your little pooch might look more like a kangaroo pouch in photos.
